This is an art project based around the "Painting A Day." concept.

Thank you to Hamilton Community Arts Council for help in funding this project  and Ricoh Copiers  for the printed material, This is a daily blog about art related matters including copyright issues,  dealing with galleries, reviews on exhibitions and books that artists should really read as well as a look into the world of a practising artist in New Zealand..

The paintings created for this project are not for sale but at the end of 365 days another project will be revealed so watch this space.

I’ve noticed a trend in more round paintings these days, the last group exhibition I went to had four different artists work on round canvas’s with each one being quite impressive in how they artist’s worked the shape of the canvas into the theme of the artwork.
